01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the phdream8 website at phdream8.app, or by registering an account on the phdream8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the phdream8 platform, including registered account holders, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the phdream8 website or mobile application. If you are accessing phdream8 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on phdream8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement consistent with Philippine gaming regulations as overseen by PAGCOR. phdream8 does not permit persons under 21 years of age to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw funds under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts on phdream8.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phdream8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phdream8 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

phdream8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phdream8 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on phdream8. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phdream8 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be closed and any balances forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdream8 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. phdream8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phdream8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your phdream8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. phdream8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on phdream8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. phdream8 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

phdream8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at phdream8's discretion. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the phdream8 cashier page.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phdream8 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. phdream8 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your phdream8 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified, including identity and age verification, before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested.
• phdream8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phdream8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. phdream8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from your account.
• phdream8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or the use of automated software — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phdream8 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game on phdream8, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All casino games on phdream8 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published within the game information. phdream8 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of RNG-certified games.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, phdream8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. phdream8's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdream8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the phdream8 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the phdream8 platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or with phdream8 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the phdream8 platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to phdream8 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward phdream8 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the phdream8 platform.

08 Responsible Gaming

phdream8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phdream8 account holders and can be accessed directly from your account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phdream8 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phdream8 platform without the prior written consent of phdream8.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phdream8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phdream8 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

phdream8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phdream8 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, phdream8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phdream8's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phdream8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

phdream8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the phdream8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

phdream8 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. 12 Amendments
